- Located at 1223 Liberty Street in beautiful downtown Victorian Franklin, PA. The BCT is a renovated movie-house and is home to Franklin Civic Operetta Association, now in it's 53rd year. The BCT opened in 1993 and its state of the art stage and equipment host musical and theatrical performances, community events, touring companies, and more throughout the year.
